Ricky Jerome Belton

On Wednesday, March 6th, 2019, Ricky Jerome Belton departed this earthly life at home. Ricky was the son of the late Heyward and Fannie L. Belton.

Ricky was known as the "whipper snapper." He received his education in the Kershaw County Public School system. He would go on to work in construction.

Ricky loved his family and his special friends Ty Murray, Dennis "Pop" Richardson and his cousin, Ned Lyles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Heyward Belton and Fannie Lyles Belton.

Those left to cherish his loving memories include his sisters, Brenda (George) Ford of Delaware, Nannie (William) Belton and Eugenia Belton, both of South Carolina; brother, Michael Belton of South Carolina; four nieces, Sonya (Brandon Dixon) Belton, Takeshia Belton, Eva Ford and Sheniqua Ford; nephew, Travis Missouri; great nieces, Teyanna Johnson and Alexia (Devin) Johnson; great-great nieces, Tylan Judge and Madison Missouri; great-great nephews, KeShawn Belton and TaJay Judge; two aunts, Della Hudson of South Carolina and Corrie (Charles) Clark of New York; uncle, John (Brenda) Lyles of New York; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends all who will miss him dearly.
