On Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Blue Ridge in the Field, Brother Heyward Belton departed this earthly life. Brother Heyward Belton was born on May 30, 1934 in Lugoff, South Carolina to the late Nanny Belton Wood. He received his education in the Kershaw County public School System in South Carolina. Heyward Belton was employed at HB Thermoid in Elgin, South Carolina until his health failed him. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sister Fannie Belton; his brother, Robert Belton; two sisters, Sister Louise Carter and Sister Sally Mickle. Left to cherish his loving memories are his three daughters, Nannie Belton, Eugenia Belton both of Elgin, South Carolina and Brenda (George) Ford of Delaware; two sons, Michael Belton and Rickey Belton both of South Carolina; two nieces, Laura Bethea of Philadelphia and Lisa Carter of South Carolina; sisters-in-law, Della Hudson and Carrie Clark; brother-in-law, John Lyles. He also leaves behind five grandchildren, Takeshia Belton, Sonya Belton, Travis Missouri, Eva Ford, and Sheniava Ford; three great grandchildren, Teyanna (Trevonne) Johnson, Alexia (Devon) Johnson and Keshawn Belton; three great great grandchildren, Tylan Judge, Tajay Judge and Madison Missouri; two special nieces, Laura Hudson, and Rev. Muriel Maxwell; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. In Appreciation
