Eric Watts Noel

Eric Watts Noel, 89, was born on December 25, 1932, to the late Jane Noel in Grenada. He entered into enteral rest on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, in Columbia, South Carolina.

Eric moved to the States in his youth and graduated from Armstrong High School in Washington, D.C. He went on to attend and graduated from Temple Business School. Early on in life, Eric was an instructor teaching typing and key punching operation. He would later retire from the Depository Trust Company of New York City in 2001. He proudly became a “Naturalized Citizen” in 2008.

Some of Eric’s joys in life included running, cooking, music, watching golf and dancing. He loved his family and enjoyed visiting and sharing time with them.

Eric was preceded in death by his sisters, Joyce Sitney and Clara Noel.

He is survived by his son, Dennis Reddy (Cassandra); daughter, Jocelyn Learo (Steve); four grandchildren, Tarneshia (Brian), Dennis II, Dominique (Clinton) and Teniqua; four great-grandchildren, Dennis III, Deon, Victoria and John; brother, Michael Noel; nephew, Roland Sitney; three nieces, Phyllis Brizan, Claudia Person, and Jennifer Joseph; cousins, Steve Tiamfook, Wendy Bradshaw and Shirley; a host of cousins, other relatives, church family and friends.
