Elizabeth Spann Parker entered into eternal life on Friday, September 16, 2016 at Kershaw Health in Camden, South Carolina. Born, September 19, 1949 in Fort Deposit, Alabama, she was a daughter of the late Mozell "Cee" Spann and the late Edward Allen Spann. Elizabeth confessed her Christian faith at an early age and after her baptism, she joined Macedonia Baptist Church in Fort Deposit, Alabama. She also attended the public schools in Fort Deposit. Liz, "T.T.", loved to take care of children and do for others. She enjoyed talking and talking "junk". She never met a stranger. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her former husband, John Parker; mother, Mozell Spann; father, Edward Allen Spann; siblings, Clydie Mae Thomas, Juanita Jones, Ezell Spann and Cherry Lee Spann McCall; a great niece, Tiffany Danesia Hampton and a great nephew, Albert "AJ" Johnson. Those left to cherish her fond memories, grieve her passing and celebrate her home going are: her daughter, Zandra Denise Parker of East Amherst, New York; son, Jonathan Eric Parker (Latesha) of Columbia, South Carolina; God son, Jailen Youngblood of Columbia, South Carolina; granddaughter, Madison Parker of Columbia, South Carolina; siblings, Annie Jewel Daniels of Detroit, Michigan, Gilbert (Brenda) Bailey of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Barbara (Willie) Steiner of Los Angeles, California, Willie Nell (Johnny) Johnson of Camden, South Carolina, Tyrone (Myra) McCall of Greenville, Alabama, Spencer Spann and Rosie Davidson of Fort Deposit, Alabama; one uncle, Charlie Porterfield of Fort Deposit, Alabama and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends
