David Theodore Simmons, 79, of Camden, South Carolina entered into rest on May 25, 2020. Mr. Simmons was born March 19, 1941 to the late James Arthur Simmons and Marie Taylor Simmons in Belton, SC.
Upon graduation from high school, David enlisted in the United States Air Force. After serving his country for a number of years, he worked as an air traffic controller.
He is survived by his wife, Michele Buisson Simmons; son, David Theodore Simmons, Jr; a host of nieces, other relatives and friends.
Due to the current pandemic, his family has elected to hold a memorial service at a later date.
