Cretilda (Reddy) McPherson

Cretilda McPherson was born on May 2, 1940 to the late Amy Reddy and Milton France in Guyana, South America. She married the late Mr. Marion McPherson, best known as “KC”, on November 11, 1969. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Dennis and nephew, John.


Cretilda came to the United States in 1974 and resided in Key West, Florida for over 30 years where she received her citizenship. She had a passion to work. Cretilda loved to read her Bible, go to Church and she loved the Lord.


Ms. “C”, as she was best known, was loving, kind hearted and generous. She was always willing to help anyone in-need regardless of her circumstances.


Ms. “C” leaves her loving memory to be cherished by her five children, Jocelyn Learo (Steve), Dennis Reddy (Cassandra), Kenneth Reddy (Tina), Elizabeth McPherson and Terry McPherson; sister, Lucille Reddy; nephew, Gordon Yhap (Carolyn); nieces, Wendy and Cheryl; 13 grandkids, 12 great grandkids and friends.
