Charles Elton Mullins, Jr

Charles E. Mullins, Jr, 40, of Columbia, South Carolina, departed this life on November 17, 2021. He was born in Columbia, South Carolina on November 19, 1980 to the late Charles E. Mullins Sr. and the late Eleanor E. Woods Mullins.

Charles attended the public schools of Richland School District Two and was a graduate of Spring Valley High School. He received his early religious training at the Church of God In Christ under Elder McKinney. He would later attend Northeast Presbyterian Church.

Charles had a love for the arts. He worked with music production and had a passion for drawing and art since his grade school days. Charles also loved martial arts and obtained his black belt. Video game development and comics were his passion. For the past thirteen years, he has been working on and developing his own comic universe. Charles was employed at Lizard's Thicket at the time of his passing.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Charles E. Mullins Sr. and Eleanor Woods Mullins.

His legacy and memory will continue with his brothers, Jonathan Mullins and Cedric Mullins; sisters, Charity Mullins and Cherish Mullins; nieces, Millani Lyric and Anajae` Rheian; nephew, Mark Miller; aunts, uncles, cousin, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Collins Funeral Home, Inc, 714 W. Dekalb St., Camden, South Carolina. A funeral service will immediately follow at 3 PM in the parlor of the funeral home.
