A precious angel has gained his wings. Arris Odell Halley, affectionately known as "Nukebutt" was born to Nina Marie Cotton and Arris Odell Halley on June 14, 2010 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital. Arris attended Camden Elementary School. His infectious smile captured the hearts of everyone that he encountered. He gave us so much joy in the little time he was with us, but he will forever be in our hearts. Arris was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Hirtrell Halley, Henry and Annie Lee Miller, Moses (Odessa) Joe; maternal grandparents: Bogan and Ethel Cotton.
