Anthony Bernard English, 51, of Camden, South Carolina entered into rest on September 9th, 2020. He was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Theodore English, Sr and Almetta White English on August 9th, 1969.
Anthony was a loving, gentle giant. He attended school in Kershaw County and graduated from Camden High School. Following graduation, Anthony went on to work with horses at the Camden Horse track, Springdale Race Course. Bernard also worked in the metal recycling business at the Camden Steel and Metal as well as in Columbia at the Columbia Steel Mill. Anthony was a family man that enjoyed spending time with family and friends and playing his Xbox gaming system.
Those left to cherish life's memories include his brother, Theodore English; sister, Cheryl English; granddaughter, Patrianne Drakeford; aunt, Lethia Grey; uncles, James English and Paul White; nephew, Alexander (Jessica) English; nieces, Christina English, Aliyah English and Alisha English; great nephews, Zyion, Makhi, Kingston, Julius, Timothy, Tristan, and Trayvon English; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Almetta English, son, Patrick Jerome Drakeford; and nephew, Trenton "Fatman" English.
