Alphonso Allen, affectionately known as "Blackboy", was born on June 13th, 1960, in Houston County, Georgia to Levonia Lane and Doyle Lee Allen, Sr. He departed this life on July 9th, 2024, in Elgin, South Carolina at the home he shared with his daughter, Shamekia Dash, and grandchildren. Funeral services were held graveside at Old Mt. Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Hawkinsville, Georgia on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 1:00 PM.
