Alma (Johnson) Shepard

Mrs. Alma Shepard entered into eternal rest at her home on April 18, 2019.
She was the daughter of the late Arthur Feggins, Sr. and Cora Lee Johnson and the wife of George Lee Shepard, Sr.
Mrs. Shepard received her early religious training at Progressive Church in Lugoff. She supported her church with her presence, finances and prayers. She attended the public schools of Kershaw County. Mrs. Shepard was loved by all who came in contact with her.
Those left to cherish her memory, grieve her passing and celebrate her homegoing are her children, George Shepard, Sr., Rosa Lee Lawhorne of Lugoff, Alvin Shepard of Lugoff Mrs. Diane McGee of Eastover, Ms. Betty Lou Shepard of Lugoff, Mr. Mr. Richard Shepard Sr, Mr. Danny Shepard, and Mr. Marvin Shepard all of Elgin, Mr. Benny Lewis Shepard, Sr. of Woodbridge, Virginia, and Mr. Stacey Shepard of Columbia. Her siblings, Mrs. Judy Samuel of Elgin, Mrs. Sylvia Cantey of Columbia, Mr. Robert Lee Jones of Columbia, Mr. Conrad Feggins and Mr. Dale Feggins both of Richmond, Virginia and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, sons and daughter in-laws, nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her loving husband George Shepard, Sr. and her children Mrs. Eloise Shepard Sumpter, Mr. David Wayne Shepard and Ms. Sheila Shepard Moore.
