Adolphus Belton, III, 72, was born August 26th, 1948 in Camden, South Carolina to the late Adolphus Belton, II and Magnolia Parks Belton. He entered into rest on December 23, 2020.
Adolphus attended school in Kershaw county and was a 1966 graduate of Jackson High School. He went on to attend Clinton Junior College in Rock Hill, South Carolina where he received an associates degree. In his formative years, he was a member of Trinity United Methodist, later known as Camden First United Methodist. Adolphus served in the United States Army and was employed by the DCA Contractor Association in New York.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Gwendolyn Brown and Godfrey Belton.
Those left to share life's memories include his children, Tamara Barnes, Brittany Guzman and Brian Belton; brother, Jerome Belton; grandchildren, Darius Belton, Tori Vega, Lailah Vega, and Khamari Guzman; nieces, Robin Briggs and Candace Briggs; a host of family and friends.
